SHIPPING
The Purse Boutique ships worldwide.
We provide door-to-door delivery via USPS for domestic orders, and EMS for international orders directly from China to your door.
We ship to Credit Card Billing Address Only.
All orders are processed during our business hours and tracking will be placed on your account within
2-3 days.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.
We are Not Responsible for reshipment if your package is lost during transit if you provided us with an incorrect adddress.
A reshipment charge will apply.
We are not Responsible if you fail to retrieve your package after a notice is left by the postal service. They usually attempt delivery 3 times and will be sent return to sender if not picked up. A reshipment charge will apply.
Please Note that during any holiday period it may take longer due to the heavy volume during that time
Depending on your country of shipment, on occassion customs fees are generated and the customer is liable for these. Fees are charged by customs and it is not a postage due charge.
We are not responsible if your postman leaves the package (signs for you) and it is taken/stolen from your doorstep.
We will not resend another item in this case.
Please note wholesale orders do require additional processing time due to card verification and packaging.
Tracking Your Order:
Once you Place your order, you will be able to log onto your account. Simply Click the "your Account" tab located at the top of your screen. "your account" is designed for you to manage your account. You can check the status of your order, change any personal information, Print Invoices, Edit a review, etc.
If your account shows "processing" this means you have successfully placed your order.
If your account shows "cancelled" this means your order did not go through.
You must enter the correct Billing Address associated with your credit card,
or our system will decline your card.
Once our Tracking Manifest is sent to us, we will place your tracking number on your account and send you a Shipment notification email.

Please note, when viewing the postal webistes, it can take up to 48 hours for the information in the postal website to update.
Your item is coming from overseas, and will take approx. 5-7 days after shipping to arrive. Sometimes this May take Longer because it depends on the processing of US Customs.
