Why does my order say Processing? 
 
If your account shows "processing" this means you have successfully placed your order.
 Once we get our tracking manifest and post it on your account, it will then say "Shipped"
 
Why is my tracking Number not working?
 
In most cases it is because the postal sites do not update tracking details for 48 hours after your tracking is posted to your account.
 
When do you ship?
 
All Orders take 2-3 days to process, and we will update your account with your tracking number and send a shipment notification email .
Wholesale orders, due to quanity and credit card approval will be slightly longer
 
Do you have Contact Information?
 
We provide all Contact Information in your order confirmation email.
